About me
After many years in the real estate industry – both as an owner and as a service provider – it became increasingly clear to me how important personal and individual support is. This led to my desire to support businesses and individuals where they truly need it: flexibly, practically, and without rigid structures. NELL Real Estate Consulting is a small family business where we work with passion, dedication, and a genuine love for real estate. We like things to be uncomplicated, direct, and solution-oriented – sometimes lively, sometimes a little chaotic, but always fully committed to every project. Professional experience (selection): NELL Real Estate Consulting GmbH – Real estate consulting, marketing, and project management; Municipality of Herrliberg – Real estate / Construction management and tenancy affairs; Priora Services AG, CSL Immobilien AG, Privera AG – Real estate marketing, initial lettings, and sales. For me, real estate is more than just objects – every project tells its own story. That's precisely what makes my work so exciting to this day.
About Elwin
The construction and development of real estate has been a part of my life for many years. I am particularly fascinated by cost calculation, planning, and construction management – these are the areas where I can best apply my technical understanding and experience. Today, I work in a larger environment at Bau Construction Services, where I focus intensively on cost calculation, construction management, and project implementation. These tasks are especially close to my heart, and they allow me to fully express my passion. At NELL Real Estate Consulting, I primarily support our own projects. I contribute my experience in project evaluation, planning, and implementation, and provide technical and economic guidance for the projects. Professional experience (selection): - Bau Construction Services – Construction management and cost calculation (currently) - HRS Real Estate AG, Zurich – Construction manager - R&B Property Invest AG, Frauenfeld – Junior project manager - Azemos Partner AG, Frauenfeld – Assistant real estate project development - STRABAG AG, Zurich – Carpenter (freelance) - Hulsink Klussenbedrijf, Netherlands – Managing director / owner. I am motivated by accompanying projects from idea to implementation and finding solutions that work in the long term – technically, economically and practically in everyday life.
